What did you think was behind the company entitled PT Advance Recycle Technology, apparently owned by the Singeaporeans (NB– PT is simply the Indonesian equivalent of “Inc.”)? This flurry of hazardous waste activity is somewhat unusual, so why do you think it all takes place now?
